"My wife and I just wanted to let you know that we had a fantastic buying and trading experience at your dealership. We bought a 2009 Pontiac G6-GT Convertible. We traded in a 2006 Mazda MX-5 Convertible. This was the second vehicle that we purchased from your dealership and dealt with the same salesman,Curtis, both times and had a wonderful experience with him and the sales manager. We feel that we got a great deal and will recommend your dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. Thanks again for the great service!!!!!! "

I really thought with all the GM problems and that far away i would be in trouble. But it just goes to show you the local dealor is what makes it work !! Thanks Victory !! "I was recently on vacation in the Outer Banks when I had trouble with my Chevy Silverado. Your service department went out of their way to get my truck fixed and get us a car so we could still enjoy our vacation. I can't say enough about your great dealership and excellent service department. Thank you, Thank you ! Betty D., New York"

Mr. Paasch,
My name is Steve Johnson and I reside in Miamisburg Ohio, a small city between Dayton and Cincinnati. At least until I can retire and move to the Carolinas. Having said that, I just wanted to make you aware of our recent experience and how I came to cross paths with your organization. I apologize for the tardiness of this note, as I was waiting on the random survey which I didn't receive and honestly it kinda slipped my mind. On the way from Ohio to the Outer Banks back in October for a little fall getaway, my 2009 Acadia began experiencing some engine issues at around 1900 RPM's with the check engine light being on constant and then flashing at this RPM level. This usually only happened on inclines (the flashing), which as you can imagine there are only a few between Ohio and North Carolina. This issue had presented itself earlier to a lesser degree and I mentioned it to my dealer when I had it in for routine service and was told it was normal.
We were staying up in Duck, and after a couple of days I reluctantly called your service department when I realized how close it was. Reluctantly, only because I was horrified of what the resultant diagnosis would be. I spoke to Sean McNab and he was as friendly and courteous as I think he could be. He re-assured me and told me to bring it right in which I did and left the vehicle with him. He called me back later that day, had fixed the problem and got me on my way in no time. I believe it was some type of coil or something had gone bad. Now normally I would say this would have been nothing more than an inconvenience for me but being so far from home and with my family including my two small daughters (ages 9 & 5), completely out of our element, made the blood pressure elevate. I just wanted you to know that Sean McNab was wonderful and made the situation as simple and stress free as possible. It may not seem to you like he did anything more than his job and what you expect of him, but from my shoes he was truly a savior. I appreciate everything he and your organization did to rectify the situation and allow us to get on with our vacation with but a small glitch. Thanks again.
