Once I got to the Outer Banks from Louisiana, I realized my oil cap was missing. The parts department was very helpful in assisting me. Very, very nice. And the part was cheaper than I expected.

The manager, Marc, was knowledgeable, professional, and organized. He did a great job showing me the features of my new Envision. His tutorial was the perfect amount of detail. The sales associate, Mari, was extremely welcoming and helpful with handling the logistics of the purchase. She was warm and made sure the car was right there waiting for me. Jennifer aptly handled my financial package. I give this dealership 5 stars, 10/10 -- the highest score possible. OBX Chevy/Buick sets a high standard for excellence.
We had car trouble when we arrived in OBX. We drove to your dealership and meet with Gerry. She was amazing and matched us up with a tow service and was able to get our car fix by the day we were heading back to Illinois. Thank you so much for taking care of us!!! Great customer service! Had to get my car inspected. Everyone else in town was backed up until Aug. They got me in within a few days and were extremely courteous and friendly!
My husband & Are visiting Kitty Hawk, OBX from Georgia. A few days after we got here, we experienced car problem. A friend recommended Bob Parente, service advisor, at OBX Chevrolet Buick. We took our car there and even though they were slammed with repairs, Bob said he would try to find the problem and give us a call. He was extremely professional and had empathy for our problem of visiting here without a car. We called rentals but they were all booked. Bob called us the next day and told us the part we needed is on back order. He assured us that we would be safe driving and gave us paperwork to give our dealer at home so they could obtain the part by the time we got there. Thank you, Bob. You are the best service advisor that we have ever met!!
2015 Equinox wipers suddenly failed on the 1st day of our vacation. OBX Chevrolet got us in and completed the necessary repairs as quick as they could get the required parts in with minimal impact to our trip. Jeri was great!
My family & I are headed home to KY from nags head NC when or vehicle starts missing badly so we stop at OBX Chevrolet Buick & let me just say, may God bless you folks for getting the parts we needed, (#3 plug & ignition coil) ASAP & kudos to ur 1 Saturday mechanic for getting those parts thrown on & us outta there before noon. Y'all are such a blessing, you don't even know & thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!

I have Bob as my service contact. He is always helpful, courtesy and honest. I feel very comfortable with his guidance. He’s awesome. But kudos to Gerri this last time. She had an elderly customer who just had an accident before coming to get her inspection. I watched gerri sit and hold the woman’s hand and take such great care of her.

My mom (Nancy Adams), daughter, and I were arriving for vacation from Ohio when our Buick car broke down on the Wright Memorial Bridge. We were able to get it over to OBX Chevy-Buick and luckily the service dept. was still open. Bob Parente made sure we were comfortable while we loaded our "stuff" into his personal vehicle and then he personally drove us to our rental home in Corolla! He and his team diagnosed, repaired and made sure the car was in excellent shape in time for us to return home. Because of him, we were able to enjoy our vacation and felt safe driving home. I was on vacation with my family from NJ and my car was stalling whenever I stopped. I called service and Bob fit me in, on a late Friday afternoon. The car was fixed in a half hour. I am extremely happy with the service and with Bob the service representative who I dealt with. While talking with him, we found out he worked in the town I live in, in NJ, small world. Drove the car home Sunday without a hiccup!! Great Work done by all, Bob and the unknown mechanic!!! All the best!
