Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week | Pay: $16–$18/hour (based on experience) | Schedule includes evenings and rotating Saturdays

We’re looking for a Customer Experience Specialist who takes pride in delivering a smooth, professional, and memorable experience every time.

What You'll Do:
Deliver an Exceptional Experience
- Complete all vehicle deliveries in a professional, timely manner
- Walk customers through their new vehicle features with confidence
- Assist with Bluetooth setup and answer questions
- Conduct OnStar welcome calls and ensure customers feel fully supported
Support the Team & Operations
- Assist with photographing inventory for our website
- Help ensure vehicles are presented accurately online
- Provide phone coverage and support dealership communication as needed
- Assist the marketing team with content, inventory presentation, and promotional efforts
Stay Sharp & Keep Learning
- Complete and stay current on all required GM training
Own the Details
- Perform all responsibilities with accuracy, urgency, and a customer-first mindset
- Jump in where needed—this role is key to keeping the dealership running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with technology and learning vehicle features
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dealership experience is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

We operate a busy, insurance-driven collision center with consistent workflow — no shortage of work and real opportunity to flag hours.

Responsibilities
- Perform body repairs and vehicle restoration (frame, panel, dent repair, refinishing)
- Ensure repairs meet OEM standards and restore pre-accident condition
- Operate equipment (welders, frame machines, measuring systems, spray guns)
- Follow OEM repair procedures and shop protocols
- Read and interpret work orders and repair plans
- Coordinate with estimators and parts team
- Maintain proper care of customer vehicles
- Perform finish work and quality checks
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Follow all safety policies
- Complete additional tasks as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of collision repair experience
- I-CAR certifications (preferred or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with frame machines and measuring systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Professional attitude and reliability
